The proposal was to design an app for easy booking and staying purpose of the camels. The clients wanted this platform to be robust and scalable.
We understand the experience, situation and emotion of the person who we are working for.
We process and synthesize the findings in order to form a user point of view that needs to be addressed.
We focus on idea generation. We explore a wide variety and large quantity of ideas to go beyond the solutions.
We build to think. A simple and fast way to shape ideas so users can experience and interact with them.
We focused on understanding our customers, by searching and gathering information about their business. During this phase, we understood our user goals as well as business goals, followed by defining an user persona.
We came across with multiple solutions using techniques such as brainstorming and problem solving, that can significantly enhance the value of an ideal solution.
To be able to lay out all that information into the interface of our product, making wireframes is a necessary step. We initially made sketches to facilitate the visual hierarchies and structure. Then proceeded to digitise them into Lo-Fi prototype
We proceeded with visual design to enhance the product’s creative appeal and usability. We designed the necessary features to generate an interface that improved user experience and is growth driven.
