With the positive uptake of e-commerce businesses, it is undoubtedly important for camel owners to consider heading the same direction, specially in Dubai.
We understand the experience, situation and emotion of the person who we are working for.
We process and synthesize the findings in order to form a user point of view that needs to be addressed.
We focus on idea generation. We explore a wide variety and large quantity of ideas to go beyond the solutions.
We build to think. A simple and fast way to shape ideas so users can experience and interact with them.
The results from the user survey provided sufficient information to create user personas.
After deciding our user personas, we set forth to create an instance journey for a consumer/camel owner on the platform uploading information about the camels they want to sell and bid, at the same time introduce cross selling.
Once we gained a clearer picture of our users, we began adapting it to mobile screens and started generating design solutions in the form of sketches, followed by low-fi prototypes.
We proceeded with visual design to enhance the product’s creative appeal and usability. We designed the necessary features to generate an interface that improved user experience and is growth driven.
