El Carreira is an employee engagement platform that approached us to design a web app. They came to us with a clear vision of employee’s and manager’s visibility, creating a healthy and happy workforce.

Designing the user interface for all the 3 roles- employees, managers, and admin.

Define
We process and synthesize the findings in order to form a user point of view that needs to be addressed.
Ideate
We focus on idea generation. We explore a wide variety and large quantity of ideas to go beyond the obvious solutions to a problem.
Visual Design
We designed the necessary features to generate an interface that improved user experience and is growth driven. We let visual designs play a major role in enhancing the product’s creative appeal and usability.
