The app usage was going to be on a regular basis, so making a smooth design was a challenge in itself.
We understand the experience, situation and emotion of the person who we are working for.
We process and synthesize the findings in order to form a user point of view that needs to be addressed.
We focus on idea generation. We explore a wide variety and large quantity of ideas to go beyond the solutions.
We build to think. A simple and fast way to shape ideas so users can experience and interact with them.
Our research started with analysing numerous similar competitors, since we felt additional features were missing. The audience preferred simple and a more personalised app, so we researched and interviewed management professionals. Statistics of the completed task, quick navigation through old tasks and their reports were the special features in this app. All the screens had to be given an AI simulation.
Once the major problems and pain points were identified, our team started working on the solutions for each identified case and created personas. Information architecture and user flow was constructed. Tactics were made to implement the next stage.
We came up sheets of demo designs, the finest one was selected to go for wireframes, and we created a prototype. The basic purpose of the IOS app was built around a user’s ability to create a list of tasks which can be saved for the exact date and time, easily deleted or marked complete.
The task sheet was expected to be minimal but having a refined look. The non appearance of distractions and thought-out typography make the content highly readable, making the app easy to use in any environment and on-the-go.
